This manual teaches you how to use your Titan GPS ELD Logbook.
If you are running Titan GPS as an ELD, the FMCSA requires that you are able to access this document from your mobile device or have a printed copy in the cab of your truck.

ELD DRIVER CARD
If you are using the Titan GPS Electronic Logging Device (ELD), you’ll need to have the ELD Driver Card in your vehicle to be compliant. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requires that drivers using an (ELD) have hard copy instructions in their vehicle that outline how to use the device.
ELD MALFUNCTON MANUAL
Titan GPS provides the ELD Malfunction Manual for drivers, which they can present to a DOT officer during an inspection in case of an ELD malfunction. A motor carrier must ensure that its drivers possess onboard a commercial motor vehicle an ELD information packet containing the following items: An instruction sheet for the driver describing ELD malfunction reporting requirements and recordkeeping procedures during ELD malfunctions.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
The Titan GPS ELD is compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulation 49 CFR 385, 386, 390 and 395 regarding Electronic Logging Devices. Titan GPS has been approved by the FMCSA as a certified ELD vendor. The Titan GPS ELD is compliant with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulation 49 CFR 395.15 regarding automatic on-board recording devices and Section 83 of Canada’s Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service Regulations.
